      Good pay Newer facilities Good benefits Many locations

      Cons

      In spite of what their literature will tell you, there is little support for advancement. Even getting something as simple as an internship for an existing employee in good standing seems to be too much. Very political work environment.

      They offer a good benefit plan.

      Cons

      Very negative environment due to lack of communication and direction from executive leadership and management. Leader focused on making a name for themselves versus supporting others and taking actions to prevent negative behavior from continuing.
