Good pay, great co-workers, benefits were o.k., but if you have a family it is very expensive.
Cons
If you are having a problem don't go to H.R.,work it out yourself or quit. They are not there to help employees, and there first concern is protecting the company and management.. Going to them will only put a target on your back.
