Pros
Nonprofit health care organization. The health benefits were pretty good and the pay was okay.
Cons
Supervisors are burned out and have little integrity - worried more about their reputation than how their departments function. Teams struggled with embracing innovation. If you can put on a fake smile and pretend you're not on a sinking ship, you'll be okay here.
