Tuition reimbursement (need to be more! School is expensive, especially if we want to stay in the medical field and continue with Allina).
Cons
Pay should be better across the board, esp if this $15/hour minimum wage goes into effect. Employees don't feel appreciated, cookies and juice only go so far.
