      Here you have the ability to gain experience with lots of new tech and innovation is a top priority.

      Cons

      Politics. Get ready to deal with lots of finger pointing and blaming when issues arise. No one wants to take accountability, especially in IT. People would rather complain in global chats than roll their sleeves up and work together to solve the problem. There is also minimal room to grow because of the flat organizational structure.
