Pros
Very few good things to talk About. I worked there after coming to Canada. I got two offer at the same time as PHP dev after few interviews in separate companies. Accepted the offer from Allied. My bad! It was a bad decision. Got to worked for few months only. Poor team to work with.
Cons
Poor Management, HR. No process or systems they follow. All the good reviews are posted here supposed to be fake and posted by their HR / IT team manager. Very less opportunity to grow. Poor payment. I felt all other team mates are also not motivated.
