The new building is nice - but not as amazing as they post on their social media constantly - but working in Carmel sucks.
Cons
I’ve never worked in a more toxic environment. Management is clueless and honestly has no real world experience. Suck up to the Hilger family and that good old Blue Culture (spoiler alert - there is no culture) and maybe you’ll enjoy working there. If you have any sense of self worth as a professional and future career aspirations, you’ll slowly wither away - they have very high turnover because smart people realize how toxic it is and leave to go elsewhere with better salaries. I have worked several jobs and this was the worst place I’ve ever worked far and away. I wouldn’t even encourage my worst enemy to work here. My department was an HR nightmare and it’s going to catch up to them eventually.
