Since there is no direction, employees are free to choose what they work on. Schedules for office types is flexible. You can come and go as you please. Very little will be expected of you.
Cons
The lack of accountability translates to lack of action and progress. The owners and executive team are not qualified to operate a business, so little progress is ever made. Departments have no motivation to work together, which plays into the lack of progress. Acquisitions are poorly executed and take attention away from current processes and employees.
