      Pros

      The supervisors and upper management always treated me very well. Everyone on the floor as well as supervisors were always friendly and helpful if you had questions or problems.

      Cons

      The biggest con about it is the 12 hour shifts and the 2-2-3 schedule. On the week you have to work 5 out of 7 days, the first day you have off is hard to do anything because you're so tired and recovering from working.

      Allied offers good training, salary, benefits, while working for a large family owned business.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is good but it is a family owned business and so there is a ceiling.
