Be careful of the positive reviews posted here. I attended a meeting where a friend of the CEO gave a talk boosting sales by exploiting social media like this. It's not too much of leap to see HR posting the good reviews on this site. If you're joining at a advanced position, read your contract carefully as they will make it very hard for you to get out once in.Only place I felt I had to leave, just from sheer disgust of the management. To give you an idea of the culture, a work colleague was hospitalized from a respiratory illness, his ended up threatening legal account as his manager harassed him while he was hospitalized. The top staff spent a fortune on the director toilets (rebuilding them twice), while the workers on the downstairs floor for months had to work through the stench of an overflowing cess tank. Only fixed when it started to affect those at the top.
