Pros
Amazing team mates, and good team spirit. Allianz as a whole was an okay employer, however the best decision I made was leaving when I did, otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown.
Cons
A manager who thinks he is a god. HR and management not paying much heed to complaints about team dissatisfaction. A conniving, unhelpful and very difficult manager from hell. Management not paying attention to staff unhappiness. Career progression is very minimal. Remuneration is not in any way competitive.
