Good environment and very supportive with employees.
Cons
No growth for loyal and tenure people who really want to move on next level just conducting IJP with out giving further knowledge and skills for further role. How would people crack the interview if they are not getting proper skills or opportunity to learn.. Just for name fake conducting IJP. Where ever they move their employee with out look their experience background.
