Allianz is a worldwide organisation with lots of opportunity for development and progression. It’s a strong, established business which offers job security. There’s an international flavour to working there, and a family feel to the company.
Cons
Like any big family it can be complicated. There are many operating entities and business units, each with their own cultures. Employees would benefit from uniformed experiences across the world, with common investment in engagement.
