The worst Company I worked in Dublin. I left after few months. Worst management and HR ever. Handled my notice and they threatened me not to talk with my team colleagues. Job repetitive and no grow. Micromanagement No communication between department or within your team . My team leader had no clue about managing a team, he has huge communication/personal issues. Finance department is re organizing and firing people , but the workload is the same, no social activities. Very sad place. A friendly suggestion: avoid this Company. Really
