Cunning management.They don’t let you step up and they do micromanagement .The Management does not take the ownership of their mistakes,errors or blunders and shove it on to their reporting people.The offered salary package is not up to market benchmark or experience level of the staff.They claim to be equal opportunity employer but in fact do lots of discrimination.
