8yThank you for taking time to share your thoughts. Since you posted your review, we’ve announced a few changes that may help with some of your concerns. First, we’re changing our staffing model, so that team leads will be available to provide help and support. In addition, new customer service associates will be assigned to a special team to support the transition from classroom to the floor. In terms of scheduling flexibility, as a call center, we need associates on the phones supporting our customers, so scheduling restrictions are inevitable. However, we did just make some changes to our workweek and lunch schedules that should provide some increased flexibility. If you have questions about any of these changes, your manager or HR representative are good resources.
