The company's revenue continues to grow at a remarkable pace, but the people are the company's greatest asset. It's a large company, but it doesn't feel that way.
Cons
The pace can be demanding, but depending on your position and what department you're in, there can be flexibility if you perform well. There is not as much flexibility for those on the phones, but that's the nature of those types of positions.
