Pros
The benefits can't be touched. Excellent 401k match, generous paid time off and company holidays, great work/life balance. Awesome stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, and plenty of development opportunities. There are a few events throughout the year (Spirit of Giving, Driving to Donate, SOAR, etc.) that make me truly appreciate working for Allianz.
Cons
The base pay is typically below market rate, but the benefits package compensates for it. I would take the negative reviews from ex-contact center employees (which are most of the bad reviews of this company) with a grain of salt. I worked in the variable annuity contact center for my first year or so, and if you work hard and ask for opportunities you can do well. Yeah, you have to hit metrics... it's a contact center.
