Not a lot training-Feast or famine Pay-Commission opportunity is ok, but salary is below average for industry Middle Management-Abraisive Huge gap between senior employees and new employees-There are people with 15 yrs+ experience, but then there are associates with less than 12 months. Not a lot in between
