Pros
As a software developer, it was a awesome team to work with. I have no issues with my former team. They were truly wonderful people. They also provide a really decent benefits package.
Cons
I mentioned many times that I struggle with ADHD which is a legal disability, but they didn't seem to acknowledge my difficulties. I let them know that I was constantly trying to improve myself and overcome the difficulties I had, and I had come a long way. At the end of the day, they decided to let me go.
What hurt the worst was an anecdote by the CIO where he described helping an employee with a neurodivergency. I never saw that level of help for myself, but then again I'm not in sales.
