Good for new grads - Customer Service Representative Alliant Systems Employee Review

Good work environment. Is comfortable to come to work.

Parking is expensive. There is a lot of homeless downtown.

I would only work here if you are new to tech and need experience.

Alliant was recently bought out in the last few years, then had a merger in the last year, and everything from the culture/insurance/bonuses has gone downhill. I can't stress how poor leadership is now, they lead by fear which creates a toxic and hostile work environment. Work life balance is also nonexistent. And the software is low quality, there are much better tech companies you could go work at.
