-One if the owners was extremely cruel and rude. The other was just to busy to have the time to help. -Constant relationship drama from one of the owners in the office. Constant tension throughout the office. -Install Techs on the road most days of the month. Pay did not compensate for the time spent away from home. -High turnover rate of employees. Technicians, Warehouse, Project Managers, Inner Office positions. -Very little to no training. “trial by fire” was their Motto.
