Cons
There are tons of people who have been there 10+ years. Most of them are still technically illiterate and refuse to adapt new technologies. If they left, they would never make it somewhere that utilizes modern technology. So they don't leave and they just make others miserable with their ineptness. The amount of times I say "WTF" in a day still surprises me. Oh yeah, all of the tech is ancient and they try to make a lot of it in house. Emphasis on TRY. Most support is offshore, with more headed that way. Frustrating to get any help and there's constant issues. Micro-management is RAMPANT within GTO. Everyone you talk to is truly miserable but they pay JUST enough to keep you there. If you are seeking any tech role, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! You will be miserable here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
