      Work life balance i s fair

      Cons

      Poor leadership, communication, lack of ethics and don't care for their employees. High turn around and will lay off good employees on the spot. Not a friendly environment, which explains why so many people are resigning on a regular basis.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
