      ... pay is horrible and they can't keep anybody once they gain experience. AB trains superstars but refuses to pay them so they leave, and then they replace them with people from the outside for more money who aren't as good.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
