      Good people to work with, great lunch room, access to a decent amount of learning material, recent improvements in upper level managment

      Cons

      Lower than average pay, no set career paths, old technology and poorly planned upgrades when they do happen, sometimes still feels like Bernstein and Alliance have just merged

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
