No recognition for hard work. Having to do everyone else's work because you are the best in your group and not getting fairly compensated for doing so. Senior employess get paid double or triple the amount of the competent workers because they have been here longer. Most of the competent workers leave after 1-2 years, all that remains is the dead wood. So, in essence these managers are picked from a pile that was lost its brightest to places that actually pay for hard work and leadership. Pay raises - ~3% each year. Bonus - ~4%-5%. These are horrible numbers for a company that has over 700 Billion in Assets Under Management.
