Pros
Learning, training, licenses, people are generally nice and smart, good on resume, growth opportuniy, legit company
Cons
High turnover for associates. Team feels constantly understaffed and associates overworked. PW associate role is high pressure and stressful. A lot of micromanagement and toxic work culture (fakeness, gossip, competitiveness). They give a lot of "feedback" which basically means you will get criticized all the time and are rarely ever praised. Some advisors are nice and cool, others are super rude and arrogant. Not the best vibe overall. I wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety from this job. It's the kind of place where people (mainly associates) send emails late at night to show off how hard they work. Everything you do is tracked and it feels dehumanizing a lot of the time. This is wrecking my mental health but I just won't quit at this point cause I'm in too deep. A lot of good people come and go.
