Pros
it used to be flexible and you can work hybrid. I love my area of work and I used to enjoy it for years.
Cons
Lately there has been many stricked rules, no flexibility or understanding, burnout, bad management that only cares about themselves. HR expects you to come in the office sick and contagious, the offer someone else take your children to the doctor appointments so you can be at the office, and take vacation days when you children are sick instead of sick days.
