Pros

Working for a great cause and helping advocate for foster youth.

Cons

No HR policies in place, a hierarchal structure where those at the bottom do not have much say, office culture of passive aggressiveness, micro-management, and outdated technology. They don't use outlook to reserve their conference room, it's a paper calendar.

Pros

Super responsive, great and positive work environment, great place to get experience as a college student, to know whether or not public interest law is for you.

Cons

Remote? (if that's what you don't want), workload depends on actual case demand so sometimes its really hectic and other times not
