We have listened to feedback and recently implemented a new program for our AEM division and Technicians that includes higher starting rates and a promotion plan that includes further pay bumps.       Cant think of one positive

      Cons

      Inadequate training, lack of leadership and support, disorganized environment, unprofessional and unhelpful management that uses fear and intimidation to seem in control of the chaotic environment. Will take your PTO when the establishment is closed.
