Team oriented, very friendly environment.

Did not feel any cons during my time there.

As a whole, the employees of this company are awesome. The majority care a great deal about each other and the quality of work they do. I have never worked with a better group of people.

Poor management and planning by upper management and a lack of willingness to invest in the proper staff and resources to handle the workload results in long hours and high stress which burns out employees. Lack of training structure or standardization results in a "sink or swim, fly by the seat of your pants" environment.
