Pros
I'd like to start off by saying that there is always something a company can improve (even if this company is the best company I've ever worked for) but when a company recognizes their issues and tries to fix them, this says a lot about the company's character. No company is going to be 100% but Alliance is darn close! The main reason Alliance is a solid organization is because of the Alliance employees. From top executives to administration, they are all truly some of the best people I've ever worked with! Alliance employees always seem to be involved with some charity too - just very genuine, good people here. I will be ever grateful to have the opportunity to know each person here at Alliance.
Cons
I can honestly say nothing negative about Alliance but I can assure you that the staffing business in general is not for everyone. It takes someone very motivated, that has a very positive personality and someone that can adapt to change to have true success. There is always going to be someone that is negative (about everything) so take negative reviews with a very open mind - usually the person giving a negative rating is a negative person that just didn't fit in to the culture.
