Great benefits, decent pay, local

Poor management, suck enough a** move on up. Rewarded for quitting then returning. Hard to move up through hard work.

You get to go underground and the pay is decent.

They don’t treat you very well and I didn’t really get to do any of the stuff I wanted to do. They seem like they don’t know how to manage interns and don’t give very good guidance. It’s not really about learning as much as it is manual labor.
