Awesome freedom and flexibility. Great benefits. Given a car (that you lease and pay for out of your check that they can take away whenever they want)
Cons
Management will toss you aside even if you’re the best at your position. Whatever benefits them. You are technically a contract employee. Mandatory drug tests for car accidents regardless of fault ( even if it’s just a rock hitting your windshield on the highway. You must report it and be drug tested that day or very next day. Without pay.)
