Interns are encourages to accrue far more hours than needed, at the risk of burnout. Administration staff is consistently dismissive and rude. Supervision is inadequate. Concerns are not addressed in a timely fashion. Management engages in social tactics to save face rather than attempt to make meaningful changes.
