Pros

One of the things I appreciate most about working for Allganize is the level of autonomy I have in my role. I am trusted to take ownership of projects and make decisions that impact the success of the company, which has allowed me to grow professionally and take on more responsibility. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, with a focus on continuous learning and development. The team is made up of talented individuals who are passionate about the work they do, which creates a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Cons

While the salary is ok, it may not be as high as some other companies in the industry. Additionally, the benefits package could be more robust, particularly in terms of paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Pros

The U.S. CEO, Jay, was respectful and professional during the interview process.

Cons

• The recruiter from continuously pushed a lower pay range, regardless of my experience or the competitive offers I had on the table. • The recruiter insisted I gather contact info for all past managers to conduct reference checks before anything was finalized, which was excessive and invasive. • The final interview with CEO Changsu included highly technical questions that were completely unrelated to the Customer Success Engineer role—more suited to a senior data scientist. • After a delayed verbal offer (due to travel of the CEO), a written offer was eventually sent and signed, only to be rescinded a week later with the excuse that they lost a client and couldn’t pay the salary. • I invested time, energy, and resources preparing for this role and turned down another offer—only to be left with nothing and told to “go back” to the company I declined. • This reflects a serious lack of ethics, transparency, and organizational professionalism. They’ve been hiring for this role for months due to attrition.
