Pros
I currently work at Alleyoop and it’s been a really positive experience so far. Since it’s a growing brand, there’s a strong sense of momentum and you can feel that everyone is building something meaningful together. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced without being overwhelming. There’s definitely room to grow here, especially if you’re someone who likes to take initiative and learn along the way. Leila and David are great leaders and mentors. They’re approachable, genuinely care about the team, and create an environment where you feel supported but also challenged to keep improving.
Cons
Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, so you need to be adaptable. That said, it’s also part of what makes the experience exciting. Overall, it’s a great place to be if you’re looking to grow, contribute, and be part of a team that’s moving things forward.
