Pros
I was referred by a now, former employee, and was there for just about two years. If you feel you’re personable, can grind, and have no reservations, then you can definitely make great money here. This is a great introductory position if you have never done sales before or if you’re looking to get into tax resolution.
Cons
Management is a mess and a half. It is very obvious that they have favorites, yet they deny it. Management, specifically the CEO, is all over the place. The CEO had come up with a new position and thought that I would be a good fit for it. He called me up and essentially explained it would come with a commission structure. I decided to try it out but months went by and this commission was nonexistent. After several meetings, he could not keep his word and so I left. When I decided to leave and put in my resignation, the CEO would not stop calling me on my cell phone. I had to block his number and that is not a good sign. After my departure, a few employees (who has stayed and I had become close with) told me the CEO had bad talked me during a meeting.
