      flat structure requires some getting used to and it might not be for people who need to be managed, it might be hard for people coming from places where somebody always told them what to do

      Payment of wages on time

      Their contract workers, they will never think of actually solving their problems, their primary clients will always be the companies and you will never get any feedback or answers once you have some issues
