Benefits. Fantastic benefits especially for someone older than myself who has a family! They really care about their employees at a corporate level.
Cons
The office I worked at. There was minimal organization throughout the entire process. Everyone was involved with every load which caused more issues and lack of problem solving than if we all worked individually. There was also some type of attitude within the office of “these are my accounts and no one touch them” which I thought was very counter intuitive for involving all workers in all loads. Also, we all know that logistics requires after hours work but this manager actively expected you to stay after 5pm every single day work was not handled. It was not an option, it was a requirement and if you did not do it you got a fantastic email from the manager around 5:45pm as to why your personal responsibilities are not as important as you work responsibilities(that was said in multiple emails to me). This also was frustrating because 8/10 times you would have loads left to cover it would be because of certain employees not understanding how the market of prices work, and it had nothing to do with the certain capacity on one day or another.
