      Flexible, they will give you time off whenever needed and don't make you feel bad if you can't work due to genuine reasons.

      Cons

      If your not part of the "in" Crew. Your time there will be a nightmare. You will get NO TRAINING AT ALL. YOU WILL GET NO THANKS!!!

      Pros

      Nothing stands out used to be good pay and great senior leaders but not anymore

      Cons

      Micro managed so much it’s all gone wrong and senior managers haven’t got a clue there just waiting it out until they are made to leave or made redundant. Poor dealership standards so far behind and no clear positive direction no one cares. tick box company who talks the talk about the pillars they are dedicated to but don’t actually work towards them.
