Horrible new CEO. Horrible company and horrible leadership. Enforced 4 days work from office : employees have to be at office at 9:30am and can leave by 6:30pm only. To be there at 9:30am one has to start getting ready by 6:00 and travel through heavy traffic and reach office. After leaving office you will reach home maybe by 8pm. In essence, dedicate your entire life to office. This is a new fancy way companies get their employees to quit without having to pay severance. They had lots of dirty politics before itself and had even fired a lot of skilled folks due to this. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. There’s a lot of attrition here and lot of people are leaving. My advice to anyone would be do not join this place no matter what. If there was a way to give 0 ratings, I would’ve done so.
