      Pros

      Decent pay, above average. Made some great friends there, most of them don’t work there any longer. The production floor really felt like a family.

      Cons

      Lay offs, specs constantly changing, no communication, sneaky/secretive management style, HR on board with lying about employees, nepotism, favoritism, big egos, disposable employees, work sent to Asia, unkept promises.
