      We work with a great team of people and always achieve our goal. Every day brings a new challenge and makes it interesting

      Cons

      I guess the cons would be it's a forever changing market, and therefore nothing remains still . We are forever having to move the goal posts foward and back.

      Great company to work for, spacious facility located in heart of South Gate with easy access to highways and LA port.

      Cons

      Acquired and essentially consolidated into larger Arizona facility.

      Pros

      Small tight design group that work well together. Not to much overtime. Good project management and project scheduling . The design center is nice and not in a big city

      Cons

      Not cutting edge technology. The tools and PDK's are not as up to date as they could be. Skills here decline for marketability
