The Customer Service area is a windowless, tucked away pit at back of the office - only one way in and one way out; It's LOUD - sometimes you can't hear your customers on the phone for all the noise; It's an ancient building, with ancient cubicles and ancient washrooms (with the semi-circle foot pump grungy cattle sink!!); There are lots of "schoolyard" antics - some coworkers can't be trusted; The person who should be our "guiding light" in the department does not make us feel good.
