Pros
Easy to advance within the Sales Department if you have a lot of connections.
Cons
The sales department often behaved unethically and tried to sell insurance contracts to people who didn't have that particular need. It seemed like I was back in the 80s, with aggressive sales techniques implemented also to illiquid clients. High employee turnover, due to bad HR policies and lack of any effort to retain talents. As a result, clients trying to build long lasting relationships were confused as they met each time a different insurance consultant. Poor initial training.
