Means to an end. You will learn what not to do. You will be humbled. Some supervisors and agents are nice.
Cons
Senior Management in the Atlanta call center is going to ruin the company. They’re extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I don’t understand how they are allowed to treat employees so poorly. I’ve witness several agents crying in office, due to poor treatment. It’s sad, brutal, excessive and extreme micro-Management. Most employees are unhappy, including supervisors. With the recent acquisition, agents are looking to leave fast!
