I had high hopes when I joined this company, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. There is a clear lack of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I personally witnessed and experienced racist and biased behavior that was either ignored or inadequately addressed by leadership. Communication across the organization is inconsistent and often unclear, making it difficult to succeed in your role or feel supported by management. Concerns raised to HR or leadership were either dismissed or met with defensiveness, further contributing to a culture of silence and mistrust. The work environment did not feel safe or respectful for all employees, and accountability was severely lacking. I hope the company takes meaningful steps to create a truly inclusive and professional environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
