Pros

Decent insurance. Not much else benefit wise. Some decent people/coworkers

Cons

Management thinks to fix issues of under-staffing, they need to hire more managers or give themselves a raise. There is a handful of Engineers to support thousands of commercial HSIA properties across all shifts....so thats not even on all at one time. Retention is the worst Ive seen. They actively refuse to pay more, despite having a large margin on their net for our dept. On-call two weeks a month without actually receiving typical on-call rates.

Pros

Outstanding Workplace Environment with Exceptional Leadership and Opportunities to Grow. Co-workers work very well together as a cohesive team, and Leadership promotes a very healthy work-life balance while also allowing us to dive headfirst as much as we want to be able to learn.

Cons

No drawbacks or complaints thus far.

Pros

Traveling installation technicians gain invaluable hands-on experience, encountering a wide variety of real-world scenarios that enhance their technical expertise. The frequent travel provides opportunities to explore different regions, experience diverse cultures, and even work internationally, making it a unique and enriching career for those who enjoy being on the move.

Cons

While excelling in this role can make you highly skilled, it offers little to no opportunity for advancement, even after years of dedication. The promised 75% travel to 25% remote work ratio is misleading—what is labeled as "remote" often turns into last-minute site assignments, making it nearly impossible to plan personal time. The constant unpredictability and travel demands create a significant strain on work-life balance, with little regard for employees' personal commitments. If you're looking for long-term growth and stability, this may not be the best place to invest your career.
