Management thinks to fix issues of under-staffing, they need to hire more managers or give themselves a raise. There is a handful of Engineers to support thousands of commercial HSIA properties across all shifts....so thats not even on all at one time. Retention is the worst Ive seen. They actively refuse to pay more, despite having a large margin on their net for our dept.
